The ferrule is precision machined from a solid piece of steel rather than aluminum or being molded from powder metal resulting in a more durable and accurate flying broadhead. First ever Spring Retention System secures the blades in the ferrule even when not on an arrow. The blades are also held in place by a two-position locking design located in the tip.
