Returns:
You must contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order. Item must be returned within 30days
of the original order. All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number, you can receive this
by calling Customer Service. This number must be placed on the outside of the carton or your
merchandise will not be accepted by our receiving department. All returns are subject to a 15%
Restocking Fee for all items. Items must be unopened, in original packaging. Special ordered
items, Customized items (ie. arrows), Lingerie and Swimsuits are NON RETURNABLE!!

Lay-A-Way:
Lay-A-Way contract is (8) weeks.
Service Fee for Lay-A-Way is $5.00 (Non Refundable).
15% Down Payment and Lay-A-Way fee is charged at the time order is placed.
The Cancellation Fee on Lay-A-Way contracts are the same 15% restock fee for returns.
Only Credit Cards can be used for Lay-A-Way, PayPal is not available on Lay-A-Way.
Payments will be processed automatically Bi-Weekly.
Bi-Weekly Payments are 25% of the remaining balance after 15% Down Payment.
Payment Schedule will be E-Mailed to your E-mail address given at time of Order.
As long as payments are approved, merchandise will be shipped when the last payment is
approved.
If a cancellation is made, your card will be refunded all payments made, minus the Service fee and
Cancellation fee(15%).

Refunds:
We do not make refunds on Manufacture defects, however, if you order an item and it is not what
you thought it was, we can refund you credit card or PayPal account. We can not make a cash
refund to credit card orders. All refunds request are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is
not refundable.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before the item(s) ship. Special Ordered Items can not be cancelled.

Back Orders:
If your order contains a Back Ordered Item(s), you will be notified by E-Mail within 24hours, If you
wish to cancel you will have to do so before it ships. All orders placed on Backorder status must
have a minimum of $25. All Orders on Backorder under $25 will be Canceled. Items on Backorder
can be dropped off of the order at anytime before it ships. Back Ordered Items can be split into
separate orders, but additional shipping will be applied. All Back Orders will be charged the price
at the time of the order......i.e. If you order during a sale and that item(s) are on Back Order you
will receive that sale price no matter when it ships.

Sales:
The sale price of an item(s) is only good during the day(s) that item(s) is on sale. All orders made
prior to or after a sale will be at regular price, no matter when it ships.

Warranties:
All warranty items are warranted by the manufacture. If you need information to contact the
manufacture send us an E-Mail and we will send you there contact info.
Arrow fletching is only under warranty for 30 days, and is subject to inspection of the arrows to
insure it is not due to misuse.

Shipping:
We try all we can to make your experience with Collins Outdoors the best possible. Although we
wish we could, we can not control UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service. All Items that are in stock are
shipped with in 72 hours from us, or in some cases our distributors.

Currently we are Accepting Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and Gift Cards On-Line, or by
mail with a Cashers Check , Money Order or Gift Certificates.

We give a Discount to all Active Military. Just simply give us a call and after we confirm you
status, we will give you your own personal Promo Code to enter when you check out to receive

Archery Club Packages:
We are currently offering an “At Cost” Program for archery clubs around the country. If your
archery range or club is interested in getting targets at a reduced price, simply contact Brandon
via our e-mail and all the information you need will be forwarded to you as quickly as possible.
